I would like to thank Kate for looking after me so well while my humans were away last year. She was very good at keeping "mum" updated about how i was settling in (first time away from home) I've heard that I will be spending more time with Kate very soon as "mum" is very happy with the patience shown to me by Kate as I tend to be a little nervous & skittish.To all other humans considering where to place your pets,this is a lovely clean welcoming place for a break, long or short.

Just wanted to say how fantastic the cats looked when we got them back. When they went into a cattery before Ottie came back very skinny. Both look lovely and chunky and were very content - not nervous or fearful at all when they returned like before. Was a reassuring experience with a cattery. I have recommended you to my driving instructor who is also seeking a cattery!

I have only had Sammy cat for a short while and he so nervous. The Cattery is very clean and the owner obviously loves cats. She promised to go and sit with him which she did and he came home to me in good condition and I need not have worried. I will certainly use them again and recommend them whole heartedly.

Kate is lovely. The cattery is very clean and you can tell she loves cats. She is quick to reply to emails and will put your mind at ease when you're on holiday by giving you updates about your cat, if requested. We will use her services again in the future.

I cannot praise Catsafe and Kate Williams more highly. My cat, Bailey, was hospitalised for a week prior to my going on holiday and was not released until two days after I had left. Kate very kindly honoured the commitment she had made to still take Bailey despite the fact that he was on medication four times a day and needed lots of attention. She did this admirably and Bailey certainly looked happy, despite all his previous traumas, when I came to collect him. The cattery is clean and comfortable (from both a cat's and an owner's point of view)and is clearly run by someone who loves these animals. I would strongly recommend Catsafe to anyone who adores their cat!

This cattery comes highly recommended. My partner and I am stuck for words to properly convey our gratitude and thanks to Kate from Catsafe for taking such exceptional good care of our cat, Smirre. We relocated from South Africa and had decided to have Smirre exported first which meant I had the daunting task of having to look for a cattery via the web. Smirre's last cattery experience left him traumatised which made the task of getting the right cattery even more crucial. My initial gut feeling of the Catsafe website was positive and after corresponding with Kate, I got the sense that she was genuinely committed to taking good care of Smirre and settled on Catsafe. Any apprehensions I may have had, I am glad to say was unfound; Smirre settled in nicely and Kate went out of her way to accommodate us in terms of extending Smirre's stay on an ad hoc basis, flexible visiting hours and sending us updates on his progress on settling in. The cattery ticks all the boxes in terms of cleanliness, fresh food and water being supplied daily and, in addition, cats are stimulated by lots of attention and cuddles. On the day of collecting Smirre, I felt guilty for taking him home because he just seemed so happy and content.

So for any cat owner looking for peace of mind knowing that your cat will be well taken care of in your absence you may look no further.

Just a quick note to say thanks for all your help, looking after our cat, Pepper. She has stayed with you twice already, and loves it - will definitely be back for more! Also so grateful for all your patience - promise that next time we'll actually manage to be on time and not mess you about!

We have used Catsafe for ages to board our cat, Poppy, when we reluctantly have to go away and leave her. She's always brilliantly looked after and seems to have been made a serious fuss of!
